1. Who we are

This site is operated by CHOKMAH Labs Inc. ((주)호크마랩스) (“we”, “us”), a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea.

2. What we do not collect

We want to be specific, because “we value your privacy” statements usually are not:

• No cookies. This site sets none, of any kind, first- or third-party.
• No analytics or tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no heatmap or session-recording tool, and no fingerprinting.
• No accounts, forms or uploads. There is nothing to sign up for and no file upload.
• No server access logs. Our web server is configured without access logging, so visitor IP addresses, user agents and requested URLs are not recorded or retained by us.
• No third-party requests. Fonts and 3D libraries are served from our own domain, so loading this site does not disclose your IP address to Google, a CDN, or anyone else.

3. Data stored in your browser only

When you type a sentence into the creation console, it is stored in your browser’s sessionStorage under the key chokmah-zone-name so the interactive experience can use it.

• It is limited to 60 characters and stays on your device.
• It is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
• It is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab.
• Your sentence also appears in the page address (world.html?name=…), which means it is saved in your own browser history. Bear that in mind before sharing the link or typing anything sensitive.

4. Email enquiries — the one thing we do process

If you email us, we necessarily receive and keep what you send.

Providing this data is entirely voluntary; the only consequence of not providing it is that we cannot reply to you.

5. Processing on our behalf & overseas transfer (처리위탁 및 국외이전)

Our contact address is a Gmail mailbox, so email you send us is stored on Google’s servers.

If you would rather not have your message stored with Google, please contact us by another means and we will arrange an alternative.

Website hosting is domestic. This site runs on servers located in the Seoul region (Republic of Korea), and — because we keep no access logs — no personal data is transferred abroad in connection with simply browsing the site. The overseas transfer above applies only if you choose to email us.

6. Disclosure to third parties (제3자 제공)

None. We do not sell, rent, share or otherwise provide personal data to third parties, except where we are compelled to by law.

7. Automated decision-making

None. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Your rights (정보주체의 권리)

You may ask us to do any of the following in relation to personal data we hold about you:

• Delete it (삭제)
• Stop processing it (처리정지)

Write to chokhmah3dai@gmail.com and we will respond without undue delay and in any case within 10 days, as required by Korean law. You may act through a representative if you prefer.

9. Destruction of personal data (파기)

When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, email threads and any attachments are deleted from the mailbox and from the trash, so that they cannot be restored.

10. How we keep data safe (안전성 확보조치)

• The whole site is served over HTTPS with HSTS; plain HTTP is redirected.
• A strict Content Security Policy prevents the page from contacting any external server.
• We minimise by design: no logs, no database, no analytics — data we never collect cannot leak.
• Access to the contact mailbox is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.

11. Cookies and similar technologies (자동수집장치)

We do not install or operate cookies or any comparable automatic collection device. Consequently there is no cookie banner and nothing for you to opt out of.

14. Refusal of unauthorised email collection (이메일 무단수집 거부)

본 웹사이트에 게시된 이메일 주소가 전자우편 수집 프로그램이나 그 밖의 기술적 장치를 이용하여 무단으로 수집되는 것을 거부합니다.

We refuse the collection of email addresses published on this site by automated harvesting software or other technical means. Sending unsolicited commercial email to addresses obtained in this way is separately restricted by Article 50 of the Korean Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection, which requires the recipient’s prior consent.

15. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the revised version here and update the effective date at the top. Where a change is material we will give at least seven days’ notice before it takes effect, and thirty days where the change is to your disadvantage.
