Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing https://chokmahlabs.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site is an informational and promotional presentation of CHOKMAH Labs Inc. ((주)호크마랩스) and its work on 3D asset generation. It is not a product, does not sell anything, does not take orders, and creates no obligation on us to supply any service.

3. The demonstration is illustrative, not live output

• Text you enter is processed entirely inside your own browser. It is not sent to a server and no model is executed.
• The names, descriptions, specifications and imagery returned are pre-authored samples selected or composed locally.
• On-screen labels such as “ENGINE ONLINE”, “LIVE OUTPUT” or “GENERATING” are part of the presentation of the concept and must not be read as a statement that generation is occurring at that moment.
• Any figures, timings or quality characteristics shown are illustrative and are not a warranty of performance.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, imagery, showcase renders, the CHOKMAH Labs name and logo, and the underlying SSP (Spiral Spectrum Permutation) concept are owned by CHOKMAH Labs Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view the Site and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial parts of it, nor use our marks, without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected system;
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by placing an unreasonable load on it, scraping it at scale, or automating bulk downloads of its media;
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written consent;
• Harvest email addresses published on the Site (see our Privacy Policy, section 14);
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to submit unlawful, infringing or offensive text.

6. Text you enter

You are responsible for what you type. Because your input never leaves your browser, we neither receive it nor moderate it — but you must not use the Site to display material that would be unlawful. Your input is stored only as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Content may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHOKMAH Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. External links

Where the Site links to a third-party site, we do not control and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date and applies from that date. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule in your country of residence provides otherwise.
